The objective is to analyze the effect of regional gross domestic product, the district minimum wage, the human development index of the labor force in Central Java in 2014. The dependent variable in the form of labor (TK), while the independent variable in the form of regional gross domestic product (GDP), the minimum wage district (UMK), the human development index (HDI). This study used cross section data with multiple linear regression analysis method Last Ordinary square (OLS). To test, the validity of the models tested include: normality test, linearity test, classic assumption test (test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test). Followed by statistical analysis include: t-test, F, R2 and interpretation. The results showed that, the results of calculation of data normality test with a model Jarque Bera normal distribution, the results of linearity test with a model of Ramsey Research regression model be linear, the results of classic assumption test shows that there are no issues multicolinearity, no problem heterokedastisitas, and no problems autocorrelation ; T test results showed that the variable gross regional domestic product is significant and positive effect on labor, human development index is significant and positive effect on employment, while variable minimum wage and the district does not significantly negatively affect employment. F test results showed that the model used to exist, nterpretation R2 shows that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables in the model variation of 5%.
