Sometimes, school fails to maintain religiosity of students in the school because of the failure in the implementation of Islamic religious education (PAI) in school and take most responsibility in this case. The efforts of teachers PAI is to improve students' religiosity. The purpose of this research is determine the strategies of PAI teachers in improving student religiosity in SDIT Az Zahra Sragen City , District Sragen, support and obstacles. This research is a field research study located in Az Zahra SDIT Sragen City , District Sragen as the area of a case study . The method of this research is qualitative narative research. The data in this study collected by interviews, observation and documentation, with the steps : data reduction , data display , decision retrieval and verification of data . The results of the study: (1) The religious characteristic of student in SDIT Az Zahra Sragen by continuous basis which becomes a habit. The form of the religious culture, appears in the religious activities in school like prayer Duha, dhuhur, Friday prayers, etc. (2) Strategy PAI teachers in improving student religiosity: Improving the professionalism of PAI teachers. PAI improve the quality of learning in the classroom.To develop PAI learning through religious activities. Build commitment to the school community. Create religious culture in the schools. Build partnership with the society. Involve the participation of alumni. Build awareness of the students.(3) The support comes from principals, teachers, students, parents, alumni, society. (4) the obstacles faced in the form of internal factors: the full of student activities, limited allocation of PAI learning it's only 3 hours of lessons per week, the size of a small mosque. External factors: the effect of the student environment and the negative impact the development of science and technology.
