Biology lab plays an important role in supporting learning process biology. Therefore, biology laboratory facilities and infrastructure must comply with laboratory standards in Permendiknas No.24 year 2007 in order to develop the competence of students optimal. This study aimed to describe laboratory profile and determine the level of readiness of biological laboratories in providing facilities and infrastructure in SMA Muhammadiyah Surakarta in 2015/2016 academic year. The technic put data with observasion. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The research was in November 2015 until June 2016 in SMA Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Research results showed that the level of preparedness of biological laboratories in providing facilities and infrastructure views from six aspects of obtaining the percentage of each: 1) infrastructure aspects of 81.25% (excellent). 2) aspects of furniture 82.71% (excellent). 3) educational equipment aspects: a) props 43.5 (enough), b) tools and experimental materials 46.43% (enough). 4) The aspect of education 75% (good). 5) aspects of consumables 33.18% (less good). 6) aspects of other equipment 46.25% (enough). The conclusions of this research are biology laboratory SMA Muhammadiyah Surakarta included not meet the minimum standards Permendiknas No. 24 year 2007 to support the implementation of the curriculum 2013 with an average percentage of 58.33% (enough).
