Since the used of antibiotic still found bacteria that survived, so need to increased the ability of antibiotic inhibition to bacteria with added herbs ingredients, natural, cheap and without side effect that caused by plant. One of the herbs ingredients that can be used was red dragon fruit peel's that had various composition like flavonoid, terpenoid, fenolic and alkaloid that useful as antibacterial. This study was aimed to increase the ability of antibiotic in Fusobacterium nucleatum growth inhibition. The method that used by measuring the diameter of transparent zone in petri dish after antibiotic treatment without adding red dragon fruit peel's extract concentration 3%, 5% and 9% on antibiotics. The result showed average of antibiotic diameter inhibition zone without adding red dragon fruit peel's extract was about 9,588 mm, average of antibiotic diameter inhibition zone with added red dragon fruit peel's extract concentration 3% was about 10,270 mm, average of antibiotic diameter inhibition zone with added red dragon fruit peel's extract concentration 5% was about 11,208 mm and average of antibiotic diameter inhibition zone with added red dragon fruit peel's extract concentration 9% was about 12,583 mm. Based on the data after tested by anova the result was P=0,00 (P<0,05) so by adding various concentration of red dragon fruit peel's had significant influence against Fusobacterium nucleatum growth. Pos Hoc LSD test showed value (P<0,05) so the conclusion there was a significant difference every increasing by adding red dragon fruit peel's extract concentration.
