Introduction: Based on survey result that is attended by Colomadu II public health centre 2015 in gedongan village, colomadu district, about 54%, of children under five which have less nutrition about 33%. less of nutrition status in children under five due to many factors, one of them is knowledge degree of mother about nutrition and their children under five attendance in public health center nearby. Nutrition status on children under five is mportant factor on decreasing effort of death number. There nutrition knowledge some food that consume for stay healthy, is major factor of someone's health. Attended degree has significant role towards nutrition status of children under five, it is important for mother to be active visit to public health center in accordance with their health and their children nutrition, so if there are some problem of nutrition such as less nutrition so a mother can do prevention for that condition from getting worst. Purpose of Research: To recognize a relation between mother knowledge about Children under five nutrient and their presence (D/S) in local public health centre. Research Method : This research is observational with "cross sectional" design. Amount of sample is 50 people collected data are respondent characteristic, gender, nutrient status, mother knowledge about it and their presence us kuesioner, statistics test to recognize that relation using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Antropometri data earn by estimate nutrition status directly that calculate by Z-Score of wage based on age. Result of Research: Respondent who has knowledge about their nutrient are well 26% enough 58% and less 16%. Respondent with active presence 86%, non active 14% and bad nutrient status is 6%, less 12% well 78% and more 4%. Conclusion: There is a connection between Mother knowledge about their nutrient on Public Health Centre and there is a connection between their presence and Children under five Nutrient Status in Public Health Centre.
