Background: The changes body composition cause a reduction in total body water by more than 30% and 30-40% body fat increases the aging process. In humans, aging is associated with degenerative changes in the skin, bone, heart, blood vessels, lungs, nerves, and other body tissues. In elderly women who fell mainly on physical activity, can cause various diseases and can reduce productivity in producing works that can be a problem and a burden each family member. Research purposes: to know the relations between adiposity and the physical activity of the elderly women in gonilan. Research benefit: to be able to know the relations between adiposity and the physical activity of the elderly women in gonilan. Research method: this research is an observational research with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is puspose sampling with 64 samples. Reduction of adiposity using body adiposity index (BAI) to take samples in accordance with the techniques of inclusion and exclusion. Correlation using Chi Square test and Fisher exact test. Research findings: Based on Fisher Exact test, it is known that p-value score is 1,00 > 0,005 so it can be interpreted that there is a not relations between adiposity and the physical activity of the elderly women in gonilan. Conclusion: There is a not relation between adiposity and the physical activity of the elderly women in gonilan. Keywords:Adiposity, Physical Activity, BAI, Elderly women
