Summary:Background: Weight is a measure commonly or frequently used to assess the state of a human nutrition. Or it can be said the size of the body in the weight weighed. Being overweight is one of the problems that occur in the community, being overweight is influenced by a variety of circumstances such as internal factors and external factors. Weight loss dipengaruhui with a given sport. Here I use three different kinds of sports, namely treadmills, cycle ergometry and jogging. The effect of treadmill exercise is performed with a frequency of 5km / hour burns 282 calories. Exercise cycle ergometry performed with a frequency of 5km / hour can burn 316 calories. While jogging exercise for 20 minutes can burn calories to 250 calories, so long as one hour of exercise calories burned as much as 848 calories from these exercises weight loss occurs. So the total calories burned during 1 month 10 176 calories. Objective: To determine the effect of exercise treadmill, cycle ergometry and jogging on weight loss. Method: This research is a pre experiment or one shot case study which interpreted a study design experiments alone, without the control group (pebanding) and a draft has a group that received a certain treatment, after the measurement of the dependent variable. This exercise is carried out for 4 weeks with a frequency of 3 times a week. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test to test the effect.
