Physiotherapy is one whose profession is to responsible for motion and a function that have a role conditions .With modalities of physiotherapy namely infrared , transcutaneus electrical stimulation nerves (TENS) , and therapeutic exercise. Purpose: To understand the implementation of the physiotherapy work on condition collum of the humerus fracture dextra with putting plate and screw in reduce pain , increase scope motion joints , increase muscle power , by using modality infrared, transcutaneus electrical stimulation nerves , dan exercise therapy. Result : After conducted therapy for five times , obtained the results of the decline in pain press T0: 3,2 be T5: 1,1 cm. Pain motion T0: 6,9 cm be T5: 2,1 cm. An increase the strength of muscle flexor shoulder T0: 4- be T5: 4, extensor shoulder T0: 4- be T5: 4, abduktor shoulder T0: 4- be T5: 4, adduktor shoulder T0: 4- be T5: 4, external rotator T0: 4- be T5: 4, internal rotator T0: 4- be T5: 4. An increase range of motion jount active T0: S: 35°-0°-120°, F: 85°-0°-30°, T:20°-0°-100°, R(F85): T0: 65°-0°-40° be T5: S: 60°-0°-150°, F: 125°-0°-50°, T: 40°-0°-130°, R(F85): 80°-0°-55°. An increase range of motion jount pasiveT0: S: 40°-0°-125°, F: 25°-0°-105°, T: 25°-0°-105°, R(F90): T0: 70°-0°-45° be T5: S: 65°-0°-155°, F: 130°-0°-55°, T: 45°-0°-135°, R(F90): 85°-0°-60°. Inability functional activities T1: 27,5%, to T6: 15,5%. Conclusion: The provision of infrared and transcutaneus electrical stimulation nerves can reduce pain in the right shoulder in a condition post operation fracture collum humerus dextra by putting plate and screw, therapy exercise can increase muscle power, increase range of motion joints. Keyword : Fracture collum humerus dextra, infrared, transcutaneus electrical stimulation nerves (TENS ), therapy exercise.
