This study was aimed at finding out the effect of budgeting participation, information asymmetri, organization commitment, budget emphasis on budget slack with task complexity as moderating variable in Bank Mega Syariah in the town Solo. The population consisted of all workers in Bank Mega Syariah in the town of Solo with the total of 68 and were selected by purposive sampling, the number of samples observed was 50. The method of data collection was by distributing questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The analysis showed that the budgeting participation, organization commitment significantly influence budget slack, while the information asymetri,budget emphasis does not significantly influence the budget slack. And the task complexity is not able to moderate the influence of budgeting participation, information asymmetri, organization commitment, budget emphasis on budget slack.
