Summary

The purpose of this study is to to describe the forms of legal protection for women victims of crimes of violence in the courtship of the normative side and from the facts and know what are the obstacles encountered on the victims of violence in courtship. This research includes empirical juridical. The results showed that the forms of legal protection against dating violence in case No. 005 / I / PK / UKPK / Spek-HAM / I / 2013 where the victim was 16 years old and suffered sexual violence so that pregnant and choose the path of non-litigation, through consultation psychological. Obstacles encountered in the protection of women victims of violence in courtship among others: the victim's family shut down and prefer to settle the case amicably, confusion families of victims in the process of complaints, law enforcement officials not commit against the perpetrators of violence against women, as well as on legislation Article molestation (289-296 Criminal Code) that in advocating the sexual abuse cases is the Penal Code has not been set explicitly the protection of victims of sexual abuse.
