The purpose of this study is to to describe the forms of legal protection for women victims of crimes of violence in the courtship of the normative side and from the facts and know what are the obstacles encountered on the victims of violence in courtship. This research includes empirical juridical. The results showed that the forms of legal protection against dating violence in case No. 005 / I / PK / UKPK / Spek-HAM / I / 2013 where the victim was 16 years old and suffered sexual violence so that pregnant and choose the path of non-litigation, through consultation psychological.
