| Summary: | This research was used to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational communication to employees performance Supermarkets Relasi in Sukoharjo. The sample used in this study were 37 respondents and objects taken on employees in relation Supermarkets. In this study using a test instrument data, and data analysis techniques. Abstract test instrument data is not presented as assumption had escaped during the tests so that presented only the conclusions obtained in the analysis using SPSS. The results obtained showed that partially variable emotional intelligence and communication organizations significantly influence employee performance Supermarkets Relationships in Sukoharjo. And the F test also significantly simultaneously between emotional intelligence and communication organizations on employee performance. |
