Tasikmalaya steadily evolved into a more advanced city should have a gallery building. Building the gallery can be used as a facility information and the promotion of tourism and cultural potential. The purpose and objectives of the design Tasikmalaya City Park and Gallery is fatherly build and Gallery Park City as a center of open space Tasikmalaya City community level to encourage the creative culture of people in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this plan is the study of literature, comparative studies, and descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis of the object, location, footprint, and the potential of the concept of Tasikmalaya City on the design of this building is the architecture of Creative Thinking refers to the new thing and freedom in thinking. Freedom of thought without limits is the basic thing that is needed in the creative process.
