Waste plant frond unutilized bark contain high fiber which can be utilized as raw material for paper making art. The raw material is processed through biopulping mushroom Trametes versicolor and Pleurotus ostreatus. The purpose of this study was to determine quality of art paper from the stem of the plant bark through biochemical pulping mixed culture JPP (Trametes versicolor and Pleurotus ostreatus) with various concentrations of NaOH with parameter test research tensile strength, tear strength and organoleptic test (texture, color, appearance fibers and acceptance of the community). This study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern. The first factor is the concentration of NaOH (K), K1 = 10%, K2 = 15% and a factor of 2 is long incubation (L), L1 = 30 days, L2 = 45 days with 4 treatments. The results showed the highest tensile strength and tear on the treatment K2L2 worth 0.14 N / mm2 tensile strength and 12.91 N for tear strength. The test results of sensory, texture more dominant rude just on treatment K1L1menunjukkan smooth texture and the treatment K2L1 shows the texture is very smooth, the appearance of the fiber the more dominant less visible only in treatment K2L1 shows the appearance of the fiber is not clear, the color is more dominant light brown only on treatment K1L2 brown color agat old, general acceptance in the treatment K2L1. | ||
