Performance can be interpreted as the result of work that can be achieved by employees. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and working environment on the performance of employees in BPR Giri Sukadana Wonogiri. Where is the leadership, compensation and work environment act as the independent variable and the performance of employees acting as the dependent variable. The samples in this study using a sample of the census is the entire population. Data obtained directly by questionnaire and processed using SPSS V.16 The research proves that leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance, compensation and significant positive effect on the performance of employees, and the work environment positive and significant influence on employee performance.
