Background: Bell's palsy is a symptom of the facial nerve in the face area that there are weaknesses in the muscles - facial muscles so that the patient's face to the right side of the face is not symmetrical. Bell's palsy in patients with decreased functional abilities such as drinking or rinsing water leaks, while eating, food piled up on one side of the face, the disruption of expression, the right eye can not close my eyes. Objective: To investigate the implementation of physiotherapy in improving facial muscle strength and improve functional ability of the muscles of the face in the case of Bell's Palsy Dextra using modalities Infra Red (IR), Electrical Stimulation (ES), facial massage and exercise therapy to exercise the mirror. Results: After treatment in 4 times the results obtained m increase in the facial muscles. The m. frontal T1: 1 to T4: 4 m. Orbicularis oculli: T1: 1 to T4: 1 is not increasing fixed facial muscles, m Corrugator Supercilli T1: 0 to T4: 3 m. Zygomaticus T1: 1 to T4: 3 m orbicularis oris T1: 0 to T4: 3 T1 m processus: 1 to T4: 3 m. Nasalis T1: 1 to T4: 3 m. buccinator T1: 1 to T4: 3, m. Mentalist T1: 3 to T4: 5 m. Depressor labii inferior T1: 1 to T4: 3, increase the functional, capabilities of the face muscles a break T1: 6 to T4: 14, frowning T1: 0, to T4: 7, blindfolded T1: 9 to T4: 9, Smiling T1: 9 to T4: 21,Whistling T1: 0, to T4: 7. Conclusion: Infrared (IR), Electrical Stimulation (ES), facial massage and exercise therapy with Mirror exercises can improve facial muscle strength and functional ability of facial muscles.
