| Summary: | Capital structure is the ratio of the company's long-term funding, that is shown by a comparison of long-term debt to equity (own capital). However, if the company's funding from its equity (own capital) still lacks, so it is needed to consider about the outside funding, that is a debt. . This research was aimed to analyze the influence of sales growth (SALES), tax rate (TAX), business risk (RISK), firm size (SIZE) and profitability (NPM) to capital structure (DER). This research population was entire real estate and property company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) start 2011 until 2014. Sampling method was using purposive sampling method. The data technique analysis was using the classic assumption test that was normality, ticollinierity,eteroscedasticity, and autocorelation test. Hypothesis examination was using the multiplied linier regression analyze. Research result could be conclusion that tax rate and firm size have significant influence on capital structure.
