520 |a Waste vegetable and rice straw is untapped and materials containing lignocellulose. Lignocellulose can be further parsed into bioethanol. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin fermented vegetable waste and rice straw using cow dung inoculum with a variety of long incubation. The method used is a research experiment with completely randomized design (CRD) two factors, namely the first factor : the type of substrate berlignoselulosa (waste rice straw (M1) and waste vegetable (M2)) and the second factor : time variation of incubation (without inoculum (control) (N1); 10 days (N2); 30 days (N3)). Each treatment was performed two repetitions. Substrate inoculated using cow manure 10% then incubated, then the content of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin were analyzed using methods Chesson-datta. The results showed lignocellulose content of fermented rice straw using cow manure is better than vegetable waste. The best treatment M1N3 (Straw 500g + 10% + 30 days) the highest cellulose and lignin 25% of the lowest 23%.
