This research aims to know the parties are referred to as the role of the companion in the Assembly law and HAM Aisyiyah Central Java, to analyze the role of companion, as well as to describe the barriers encountered and how to complete the barrier by a companion in the accompanying victims of domestic violence (KDRT). The method of the approach used in this study is the empirical approach method, the type of research used in accordance with the subject matter that will be examined, namely the types of empirical legal research. Using this type of primary data and secondary data. Method of data collection in this research study by means of interviews and the study of librarianship. Analysis on the use the author in this study is the analysis of qualitative data. Based on the results of the research and the discussion then it can be deduced that the complementary Role in conducting mentoring against victims of domestic violence when victims started on doing reporting and vetting of up to at the time of the victim's conduct of the trial and the legal process is complete. The mentoring process is done by the companion against victims of domestic violence often have constraints. Constraints in the process of mentoring can be derived from the companion itself, nor the constraints stemming from the victim, so that the need for reinforcement of the position as well as the position of the escort as a party giver of legal aid.
