| Summary: | This study aims to determine the empirical evidence of the influence of internal factors and external factors on the firm value. The study involved 86 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a period of 4 years of research conducted during the year 2011 to 2014. This study uses secondary data derived from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and data from Bank Indonesia (BI). The population in this study of all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis. Based on research results in regression models in mind a few things, as follows: Variable investment decisions and dividend policy affect the firm company, the funding decision variables, inflation rates, interest rates, and the exchange rate has no effect and is statistically not significant to the fim value.
