Özet

Violence against women is one form of action that is contrary to human joints. ituiah why acts of violence against women is one of the actions that violate human rights and so we need a national legal instruments on the elimination of violence against women in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine efforts of legal protection given to women as victims of domestic violence and to know the constraints of law enforcement in the action plan carefully usun protection of victims of violence against women in the household. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research in qualitative research, the purpose of which is author of the facts, circumstances, variable phenomenon, the current state of research and presenting what it is. Results of this study indicate. Efforts legal protection of women as victims of domestic violence is currently set in legislation in Indonesia, such as the Criminal Code, Act No.23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Forms of legal protection directly through existing institutions such as: the Integrated Service Center, as well as the Legal Aid Society. Keywords: Legal Protection. Women. Domestic violence
