The method used type of research is conclusive research that is causal, that is studying the causal relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable. The population in this study is that consumers come to shop in the PP. Papua Argoboyo Cab. Bantul, with a sample of 50 respondents and sampling methods that are non-probability sampling is that every element in the population do not have the opportunity or the same chance to be selected as a sample. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. T test analysis results obtained are incentives, motivation, reward and leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of individual employees and the F test results showed that the incentive, motivation, reward and leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of employees simultaneously.
