Summary:The research is conducted to know and analyze: (1) the effects of strategy Think Pair Share and Everyone Is a Teacher Here toward the learning outcomes of mathematics, (2) the effects of mathematical communication students' learning outcomes, (3) the interaction of learning strategies Think Pair Share and learning strategies Everyone Is a Teacher here in terms of students' mathematical communication on learning outcomes. This study used a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Tangen academic year 2015/2016. The study sample consisted of two classes of 27 students as an experimental class and 27 students as the control class. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Methods of data collection using tests and documentation. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance of two paths with different cell. The results of the data analysis with a significance level of 5% was obtained: (1) There is a difference effect is learning thnik Pair Share and learning strategies Everyone is a Teacher Here the learning outcomes of mathematics i.e. Fobs = 20.03 >Fα = 4.04, (2) There is a the effects of differences in mathematical communication students' achievements in learning i.e. Fobs = 64.36 >Fα = 3.19, (3) there is no interaction Think Pair Share instructional strategies and learning strategies Everyone is a Teacher here in terms of students' mathematical communication on learning outcomes i.e. Fobs = 1.01 >Fα = 3.19,.
