Özet

Leprosy or leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium leprae (M. leprae) that has struck peripheral nervous and other body tissues. Personal hygiene is the act of maintaining cleanliness and quality of health a person 's well-being, both physical and psychological. This study aims to reveal the personal hygiene care to clients in health centers leprosy Padas Ngawi .The design of this study is descriptive and do in Puskesmas Padas Ngawi and will be conducted in December 2015 - January 2016. Samples in this study were 30 respondents using purposive sampling technique sampling. Analysis of the data used is the frequency distribution, mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. The results showed that category pretty much as 17 respondents (56.7 %), less by 9 respondents (30.0 %), and well as 4 respondents (13.3 %). Leprosy patients personal hygiene should do regularly to maintain personal hygiene, while health centers is expected to increase the knowledge of leprosy patients will be personal hygiene.
