With ergonomic side accentuates the products through the design of the design approach in Anthropometry. Components that have been designed and then in the assembly and thereafter conducted process analysis as well as its realization. The redesign of the installer to install the lights stick type lamps varies and can easily be in storage. From the design of the product the installer stick lights also calculated a price of staple produks. Phase reverse engineering performed to figure out the structure of the main components and ancillary components that exist in the product the installer stick light which were later analyzed for changes in shape, size, function and dimension as well asin the stage of product design is finall making the installer stick lights in accordance with ergonomic concepts desired. Final results in the design to be drawn the conclusion that the proposed product the installer stick this lamp has more usability compared to previous products.
