Summary

This study aimed to analyze the influence profitabilitas, leverage, activity, and liquidity to the stock price. The sample used in this study is a company engaged in the Services on file at the Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 the number of 20 companies and totaled 100. The analysis tool used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f, and coefficients determinant. Results obtained regression equation is + 16.428 214.513 NPM - DER 5.571 - 0.471 302.243 IT + CR + e. partially net profit margin, debt to equity ratio and inventory turnover influential and insignificant effect on the share price. While the current ratio significant positive effect on the price. In simultaneous F test obtained net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, inventory turnover, and the current ratio significantly influence stock prices. As well as the resulting impact on the independent variable on the dependent 53.6% and the rest is influenced by other variables by 46.4%.
