Summary

This study aims to examine the relationship of local revenue, general allocation fund and special allocation funds towards capital expenditure in counties and cities in the region of Central Java in the 2011-2014 period. In this study, the sampling method used was saturated sampling technique in which the entire population will be used as a sample. Samples were obtained and used in this study a number of budget realization reports 105 districts or citythe local government budget Central Java in the study period 2011-2014. The variables tested in this study is a local own revenue (PAD), the general allocation fund (DAU) and Specific Allocation Fund (DAK). The methods used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression analysis method. From these results it can be concluded that the local revenues, general allocation fund (DAU) and Specific Allocation Fund (DAK) is partially affected and significant capital expenditures.
