The existence of Posyandu elderly is to carry out regular health checks aimed at improving the quality of the lives of the elderly. But the liveliness of the elderly in following the activities carried out in Posyandu Elderly still lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the elderly Posyandu activities and physical complaints with the liveliness of the elderly following the Posyandu activities Elderly in Lengking Village, District Bulu, Sukoharjo. This research is a quantitative research was observational with cross sectional approach. The population is all the elderly registered in Posyandu elderly Lengking Village, District Bulu, Sukoharjo regency as many as 148 elderly. Samples taken as many as 115 elderly. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling method. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistical test Chi-Square. The results showed: (1) The majority of elderly people who follow the activities of Posyandu Sekar Mulya Lengking Village were women (77.4%), aged between 60-69 (62.6%). Liveliness elderly in participating in Posyandu largely categorized as active (80.9%). Perceptions of respondents about the activities in Posyandu is good (87.8%), whereas the perceived physical complaints elderly showed that the majority of respondents expressed either their physical or not physical means of complaints (69.6%); (2) There is a significant correlation between perceptions of the activity of the elderly Posyandu activities with a visit to Posyandu Sekar Mulya shrill Lengking Village District of Bulu (p < 0.010); (3) There is a significant relationship between physical complaints with liveliness elderly Posyandu visited Sekar Mulya Lengking Village District of Bulu (p < 0.001).
