Akat analysis used to test classic assumption test data quality, and multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSS 20. The results of the analysis are obtained Dalan is partially or simultaneously organizational culture and leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance. While the value of the coefficient determinant to explain the organizations of the culture and leadership style was 26.5% and the rest there are other variables that influence amounted to 73.5%.
