The purpose of this study is to explore the soil in Wonogiri on different ecosystems which are land reservoirs area, forests, fields, cattle and limestone soils of the cytotoxic effects of MCF-7 cells. Samples were taken with the purposive sampling method, then cultured in Czapek dox media for 14 days and methods plate dilution, dilution 10-3 mold growing concentration is then extracted with methanol and then concentrated by rotary evaporator, condensed methanol extract soil of fungi tested with MCF-7 cells using MTT methode on a series of concentration 500 µg/mL; 250 µg/mL; 125 µg/mL; 62,5 µg/mL, dan 31,25 µg/mL. Qualitative test using silika GF 254 plate stationary phase and a mobile phase of chloroform: methanol (95: 5). From the results of this study calculated IC50 values, but the methanol extract of soil fungi reservoirs can only inhibit 83.95% of living cells at a concentration of 500 mg / mL, whereas extracts of fungi isolated from soil forest areas, fields, cattle ranches, and limestone soil has no effect cytotoxic. Qualitative test of the extract of soil fungi is thought to contain the component polyketides and phenyl propanoid.
