Summary:The objectives of the research are to describe the managerial supervision program planning, the managerial supervision program actuation, and the managerial supervision program evaluation of the school supervisor at SD Negeri Joglo Surakarta. The type of the research is a qualitative research. The design of the researh is case study. The research was undertaken at SD Negeri Joglo Surakarta. The data analysis is done using interactive model consists of three main components, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. The research yielded three conclusions. The managerial supervision program planning of the supervisor at SD Negeri Joglo Surakarta was done in the form of managerial supervision program. The program is organized based on managerial supervision's targets. Its is organized in the form of Annual Supervision Program, Semester Supervision Program, and then detailed in Managerial Supervision Plan. The managerial supervision program actuation at SD Negeri Joglo Surakarta is done in the form of principals' professional development, covering the roles of principal as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. One of the examples of the school principal at SD Negeri Joglo No. 76 Surakarta was the improvement of school principal in constructing Self Evaluation based School Budget Plan. The managerial supervision program evaluation of the school supervisor at SD Negeri Joglo Surakarta is done in the form of principals' program assessment and analyze the reports provided by the principals. The evaluation technique to assess the development program of the supervisor are in the form of schools' reports. The reports cover monthly report, semester report, school examination. The evaluation is academical evaluation, that means it assesses the curriculum achievement performed by the school.
