The development is also characterized by the formation of the arch of the foot already. Normally the arch of the foot is formed from the first 5 years with an age range 2-6 years. Disorders due to a lack of a foot arch, one of which is a flat foot. Flat foot condition will have an impact on functional ability, especially the ability of mobility as a decrease in the balance, increased risk of falls and reduction in road speed. This will affect the gait parameters in children. Research Aims:To study about the corelation between flat foot and gait parameter on children aged 7-9 years at state-elementary school Pabelan Kartasura. Benefits: Known about the corelation between flat foot and gait parameter on children aged 7-9 years at state-elementary school Pabelan Kartasura. Method: Type of research used in this study was cross sectional descriptive analytic. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Toward 75 sample (48 boy, 28 girls), age 5-7 years, the measured independent variable is flat foot through wet foot print test. The measured dependent variable is gait parameter through cadance, cycle time, stride length, step length dan speed. Tes of normality used the Kolmogorov-Sminov and Kendall's Tau corelation test was used to analyze the relation between independent and dependent variabeles. Result: The result of this research showed that relation between flat foot and gait parameter (p < 0,005). Conclusion: There is a corelation between flat foot and gait parameter on children aged 7-9 years at state-elementary school Pabelan Kartasura. The higher grade flat foot results the lower gait parameter level a pearson.
