Summary: | This research aim to test the influence of job training, compensation and between job training and compensation to employee's performance at employees of Indonesian Post Company (Persero) Branch Office of Boyolali. This research use quantitative approach using questioner. Population and of sample which used in this research is all employees of Indonesian Post Company (Persero) Branch Office of Boyolali counted 41 people with as random sampling its intake technique. Hypothesis tested in this research use analyzer validity test, reliabilities test, classical assumption test, doubled linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determinacy (R2). Result of the research indicate that job training having an effect on to employee's performance Indonesian Post Company (Persero) Branch Office of Boyolali, this matter can be proved with t test, tcalculate> ttable (2,639 > 2,024)with the level of significant p-value <α (0,012< 0,05).Compensation has an effect on toemployee's performance Indonesian Post Company (Persero) Branch Office of Boyolali, this matter can be proved with t test, tcalculate> ttable(3,613 > 2,024)with the level of significant p-value <α (0,001< 0,05).Job training and compensationby together have an effect on toemployee's performance Indonesian Post Company (Persero) Branch Office of Boyolali,this matter can be proved withF test, Fcalculateequal to9,208>Ftable equal to3,24 with value of significant p-value = 0,001 < α = 0,05.Result ofcoefficient of determinacy (R2) tested is indicating thatjob training and compensationcan explain variability's employee's performanceequal to32,6%. |
