This study aims to determine the process of inheritance under customary law in Sikap Samin ethnic, as well as knowing the position of widows ntuk in inheritance based on customary law in Sikep Samin ethnic. The method used juridical empirical approach is descriptive. The research location Sikep Samin ethnic village Klopo Duwur Banjarejo District of Blora. Data were collected by engineering field study through interviews and observations, as well as data from the literature in the form of library materials. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that the position of widows in inheritance according to the law of inheritance indigenous Sikep Samin ethnic, can be classified into 4 (four) types, ie widows who caused the death of her husband and have children, widows who caused the death of her husband and did not have children, widows caused by divorce and have children, and widows caused by divorce and had no children.
