| Summary: | Indonesian state is a state of law with the implementation of rule of law and the general principles of good vernance. Act No. 30 of 2014 about the governance administration as a touchstone of the State Administration Court in conducting inspection and testing objects lawsuit. With the releasing of Act No. 30 of 2014, an important role of administrative courts as one of the juridical monitoring efforts in order to create good governance in Indonesia. This study uses doctrinal legal research with the statute approach. This study is descriptive research with data analysis techniques using deductive logic. This study aimed to describe the absolute competence of Administration Court after Act No. 30 of 2014 about the governance administration and to describe the role of Administration Court in order to create good governance after that statute. |
