520 |a The purpose of this study was to examine the influence leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance PT Tritunggal Mulia Wisesa Surakarta. The analytical method used with a quantitative approach and the multiple correlation. The population of the research was all employee of 85 staff, and the samples of the research were 31 staff. Data were gathered through the use of literature study and questionnaire methods. The research method using Multiple Regression Analysis, T-test, F test and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The result of this study is the style of leadership, motivation, and work dicipline have a positive and significant effect either simultaneously or partially on employee performance.
