Summary: | This research aims to make it easy for the user without having to laboriously count for designing the wheel axle with a load twisting and bending, by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, which can build program design calculations axle with automatic, fast, and accurate, before it support formula should be researched before use, the researchers do manual calculations accordingly. After that the formula used language is changed to the formula Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate. After the calculation in the test program, and the results pursuant to the simulation results of the test specimen is measured accurately from real objects, then the program can be used according to user needs, though using different data. In the event that the validation results of the calculation of the simulation test object with two different programs, among others, Solidworks and ANSYS, then the emerging results include maximum von mises equivalent stress SolidWorks is 645 MPa, and the resulting maximum von mises equivalent stress ANSYS is 695 MPa , while the maximum shear stress manual calculation is 189 MPa, results of manual calculation is smaller than the calculation result simulation program, for the simulation program are part of the shaft diameter smallest is 0,028 m, and the reception force to shaft has a diameter of 0,030 m, while the shaft calculated by the calculation has the same overall diameter is 0,028 m, and the nature of the calculation formula which does not calculate for the complex in accordance happened exactly and simulation. |
