The sample in this research as much as 100 respondents. The sampling techniques used with portional random sampling techniques. Technique of data analysis used in this study by using multiple linear regression analysis technique.Based on the research results obtained leadership style has no effect on performance of teachers represented by the value of the sig 0.279 > 0.05 H0: ccepted.Influential teacher motivation on performance of teachers represented by the value of the sig 0.027 < 0.05 H0: declined.Communication style to the performance of teachers represented by thevalue of the sig 0000 < 0.05 H0: declined. the working Discipline has no effect on performance of teachers represented by the value of the sig 0914 > 0.05 H0: received simultaneously variable variable style of leadership, work motivation, communication style, and influential work in the discipline of signifkan on performance of teachers represented by the value of the sig 0.000 < 0.05.
