| Summary: | Pedagogical competence and motivation of teachers have an important role for the performance of teachers, especially in learning activities. This study aimed to describe the existence of a significant correlation between the performance of teachers' pedagogical competence in learning activities at SDN 1 Jrakah Selo and describing significant correlation between work motivation and performance of teachers in learning activities at SDN 1 Jrakah Selo, Boyolali. This study uses a quantitative approach to the correlation design. Research conducted at SDN 1 Jrakah District of Selo, Boyolali regency. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is regression analysis model to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable. Data analysis using Spearman's rank correlation research found that: 1) Competence pedagogic contribute significantly to the performance of teachers in learning activities with evidence obtained rs count <rs table (0.883 <0.678) and a significant value <0.05, amounting to 0.008 with a coefficient of determination of 77.9%. 2) Motivation to contribute significantly to the performance of teachers in learning activities with evidence obtained count obtained rs> rs table (0.684> 0.678) and the significance value <0.05 which is equal to 0.015 with a coefficient of determination of 46.7%. |
