The library system is a dynamic system where the book loaning activities and procurement of books at any time will be increase. In management or structuring the books is indispensable an automatic system so that recording of loaning and the book inventory procurement is move structured. The library system in SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta requires development. Obstacles that many encountered are the book loaning that too much from time to time will be inflict many data report are pile up, so it is difficult to be processed into information, even can happen loss of the old data. The difficulties librarian in the books data collection and loaning transaction or returning books, it is because still not use the computer system. The purpose of this research itself is to facilitate students in searching information about desirable book data anywhere and anytime, other than that also can stimulate the students interest in reading books. This system also make it easier for the librarian and can be used as a reference in the procurement of books based on the graph loaning books by student in a certain period of time. The methods that use to system development are the planning of system, analysis system, system design, implementation of the system and trial system. Implementation system used the programming language PHP, CSS, and JavaScript, while for the database using MySQL. Tests carried out using black box method and questionnaire. Result of black box testing explain that the system is valid. Result of questionnaire testing explain that the system already according to the needs of the user both librarian or students which shown with the average result percentage reached 84,4%.
