Sumario

This study aims to determine how the process of settlement of land disputes in mediation by the National Land Agency Sukoharjo district in an effort embodiment of the role of management, assessment and case management of land Cases as well as any obstacles that faced in the process of mediation in the settlement of the National land Agency Sukoharjo district. This research is descriptive, describing in detail what was found in the study. Based on this research goal is juridical empirical research with qualitative approach that produces descriptive data analysis. Data collected by interviews with the scope of Sukoharjo District Land Office Employees section subsections, disputes, conflicts, and the case of landso as to obtain an image that already exists to answered problems.
