Summary:This research aims to find out how big the influence of learning behavior of students internship 3 against the interest become a teacher in the student's Program Study Accounting Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences UMS Academics years 2016/2017. This research is a type of quantitative research descriptive research with design. Population of 159 students who were taken as much as 65 students as samples by using Simple Random Sampling technique. The instruments used are questionnaire. While its data analysis techniques using a prerequisite test analysis by using a test of normality and test linieritas, and whose hypotheses testing using simple linear regression analysis, t-test, the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed there was a positive and significant influence among variables student learning behavior internship 3 (X) against interest became a teacher (Y) in the student's Program Studying Accounting Education UMS, indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0,586 which indicates that the relationship between correlation of variables (X) against (Y) belongs to the very powerful, and the value of the coefficient of determination of the variable X against Y yields a value of 0,344. This indicates that the variable learning behavior student internship 3 has contributed to the interest to become a teacher on student education courses academic year UMS 2016/2017 Accounting of 34,4%, while the rest of 65,6% are affected by variables outside the research model as variables the motivation for learning, learning outcomes, learning, achievement and teaching competence.
