520 |a The purpose of this research to be descript: 1) Interpoersonal communication process, 2) Interpersonal communication skills, 3) Interpersonal communication intencity, 4) Interpersonal communication threat between the conselor and irregular behaviour's students in MTS N Boyolali. Thus research used descriptive-qualitative approach. Data was collected by deeply interview, observation and documentation. The informan was choosed by purposive sampling. Data is validated by source triangulation and data collected technique. Data is analyzed by interactive-analyze mode. The results of this research are: 1) Interpersonal communication process between the conselor and irregular behaviour's students were done directly, 'heart to heart' approach, humanic approach and considered like the conselor's own children and using media depend on the students to get their attention. 2) The conselor's interpersonal communication skills could help the students to dig the cause factors which is the reason of irregular behaviour from the students, the conselor could disenchant the students to don't do the irregular behaviour. 3) Interpersonal communication intencity must be often, usually doing in the class room, in the conselor's room depend on the qualification and the type of problem which student's done. 4) The threat of the conselor to make the interpersonal communication are the introvert students, the stubborn students and the students who don't want to counseling with the conselor.
