The purpose of this research was: 1) analyze the characteristics, social, economy on the industry knows in Ngemplak, 2) Analyse factors the industry knows in Ngemplak, 3) analyze the spatial distribution of marketing industry know in Ngemplak. The research method used was a survey sampling technique, using purposive sampling. The research results show the 1). Economic and social characteristics of the respondents will be discussed based on the age of respondents industry entrepreneur knows that most 40.5% with a total of 15 respondents aged > 50 years. Gender and the status of the very dominant by men with mating status (73%), as much for the status of marriage yet (0%). education graduate last junior high school. The State can be said to be quite good when see that from 37 industry entrepreneur knows that there are only 4 people who completed ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. 2). Factors that affect the process of the production effort know generally raw materials used for the manufacture of tofu available in markets and local operatives and how to get it easy, the amount of raw material usage varies. 3). The pattern of the spread are know that exist in Ngemplak persebarannya i.e. spread because at the time of research by means of interview place of the intended move from one to the other place.
