| Summary: | Low back pain complaint limits the activity. This pain is felt between the lowest ribs to lumbosacral angle. From the results of preliminary survey conducted in Dried Rambak Home Industry, 8 respondents of 10 respondents complained on pain in the lower back. This study aims to analyze the correlation working position and working period with low back pain complaint of Dried Rambak Home Industry workers at Doplang Village Teras Subdistrict Boyolali. The research type was observational with cross sectional approach. The population of this research was all Dried Rambak Home Industry workers at Doplang Village of 202 people. The sampling was through proportional random sampling technique amounted to 68 people from 47 industrial units. Measurement of working position was by OWAS and measurement of lower back pain complaint by VAS. Data analysis used Spearman Rank Test (rho). The results of the research show that there is a correlation working position (p=0.009) and working period (p=0.028) with lower back pain complaint of Dried Rambak Home Industry workers at Doplang Village Teras Subdistrict Boyolali. |
