The conditions and supporting factors such as Presence of cadres and continuity, cadre systematically and organized around lines and incorporated components that include autonomous organization and charity efforts muhammadiyah. This program and cadre activity is a vital support for the achievement of the Muhammadiyah objectives. Enhancement the quality and competence of cadres and members of Muhammadiyah must be fulfilled in various forms of type of cadre. Attention to the cadre and cadres have become an integral part of organizational culture and dynamics of Muhammadiyah since the beginning until now. This research discusses about the cadre system implemented on both the educational institutions (SMK Muhammadiyah 3 and SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta) and aims to know and describes how the implementation of Muhammadiyah cadres education management in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 and 4 Surakarta In Establishment of student morals. In this research, Researchers used a qualitative approach based on phenomenological philosophy with accentuate on deepening (verstehen). Qualitative methods try to understand and interpret the meaning of an interaction event of human behavior in certain situations according to the perspective of the researcher. In a phenomenological approach, this research is focused on the phenomenon of Muhammadiyah educational institutions that implementing activities of Muhammadiyah cadre, In this case the cadre program at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta and SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. Based on result findings and research description In previous chapters, then it can be concluded that Implementation of Muhammadiyah cadres education management implemented at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 and SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta, against the forming of student morals is education cadres Muhammadiyah conducted in schools with management principles, will give more level of effectiveness and effisieceness in the forming of morals students, so that change of student after following cadre education, especially changes to morals.
