| Summary: | The objective of the research is to examine the influences of Earning Per Share, Earning Ratio, and Return on Assets on the the prices of stocks. From the research, it is expected that the company will get a better input and information about the investors, the investors will get a guidance in investing their assests in some companies, and the ductivity of the financial institutions will increase in the future. The research uses secondary data using Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, and Return on Assets ratios. The data are taken from insurances companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sources of data are based on idx.co.id and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory). The data are in a form of annual financial reports of the company in 2012-2014. The outcome of the research shows that Price Earning Ratio does not positively influence the prices of the stocks, while Eraning Per Share and Return on Assets positively influences them. With the R square value equals to 0,365 or 36,5%, dependent variable can be explained by independent variable., while the 63,5% residue is explained by the other variable apart from the research.
