Background : Cerebral palsy is a group of conditions affecting muscles and nerves. The disease is not contingental but starting from the early stages of life that is from birth. Purpose : To know the implementation of physiotherapy to decrease spasticity, increased muscle tone and increased functional ability. Results : After 6X therapy got obtained for spasticity by using the Asworth scale didn't change from T1 to the T6. On muscle strengh with Children's Memorial Hospital USA (XOTR) there is not value of muscle change from T1 to the T6. On examination of the functional activities with Gross Motor Functional Measure (GMFM) can result no change in Dimension A, Dimension B, Dimension C, Dimension D and Dimension Enot change from T1 to the T6. Conclusion: Using the method of NeuroDevelopment Treatment results found no change muscle spasticity, muscle strenghand functional ability.
