This study aims to analyze and know how big influence of Economic Growth, Population, HDI and Inflation to Income Inequality in Central Java Province in 2011-2015. The analysis tool uses panel data regression. The Data Panel is a composite of cross-sections covering 35 districts / cities in Central Java Province. And time series for five years. The results showed that Random Effect Method (REM) was the best panel data regression model. Based on the analysis results found that Economic Growth, Population, and nflation did not significantly influence the Inequality of Income. While the HDI has a positive and significant impact on Income Inequality. To that end, the Central Java provincial government is expected to increase HDI in each region in order to reduce the level of income inequality between communities.
