520 |a This research has a purpose to provide empirical evidence about factors that affect corporate action in general and protocol department of Ngawi's government. The examined factors on this research are leadership, motivation, education and workshop. The researcher used Likert scale to measure data analysis. The normality test of the data is done by using multiple regression and T-test. This research is an associative analysis that purpose to learn the relation of variables by applying the survey method. The samples used in this research are whole of staff in general and protocol department in Ngawi's government which consists of 102 peoples as respondent. The result of the tests indicates that leadership and motivation are significant variables in determinant corporate action because the result between leadership and motivation is: t-account > t-table and the result of education and workshop is not significant to influence staff corporate action in general and protocol department of Ngawi's government. F-test shows that leadership, motivation, education and workshop can influence simultant the corporate action . This research found that R² is 0.256, it means that the examined factor can affect corporate action almost 25.6% and the 74.4% is affect of the other variable outside the model that researcher done.
